It all started when…
Growing up surrounded by the music of Delta Goodrem, Christian knew that piano was something that he was passionate about. Christian found it initially difficult to completely love piano lessons with his first teacher as it he found it dry and he didn’t click with him. It was when Christian was introduced to his most influential piano teacher that his musical path changed. These laugh filled, fun, focused and engaging lessons enabled Christian to really grow, both musically and personally.
These lessons where the catalyst for Christian to dream big and eventually create a space where he could teach these kinds of lessons to students of all ages, where fun, engagement and enjoyment were the tools to build a love for music.
From this moment, Christian worked at perfecting the art of piano through private lessons and hours of practice. At the age of 15, Christian saved all his money from his part time job to purchase his own piano so that he could practice to his heart’s content. This passion led to completion of a Diploma in Music Performance, AMEB 8th Grade Classical Piano and a double degree in Music and Education from UNSW.
Christian has taught both music and piano at schools across Sydney and in New York City.
